Founded in Manaus in 1993 by the Igreja Assembly of God in Amazonas under the direction of Pastor Samuel Câmara, today Boas Novas is the largest Christian TV in Brazil.

With production hubs in Rio de Janeiro, Manaus and Belém and São José dos Campos (SP), Boas Novas reaches almost all capitals of Brazil and more than 200 cities with open television channels. In addition to North America, Europe, and Africa via satellite.

Boas Novas joins 26 other TV networks around the world representing all Portuguese-speaking countries. The alliance, in addition to promoting content exchange, will also make occasional broadcasts where all networks will participate and will be able to show their programming around the world on allied networks that produce content in more than 15 different languages.
