Fox College Sports is a group of three United States digital cable networks, FCS Atlantic, FCS Central, and FCS Pacific owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group and Entertainment Studios (under the joint venture Diamond Sports Group), that specialize primarily in showing collegiate programming, live events, coaches shows & various DI, DII, & DIII content surrounding college athletics. The channels show a wide array of all collegiate sports licensed by the NCAA as well as club sports. FCS also produces a number of exclusive original programs.
With the acquisition of 21st Century Fox by The Walt Disney Company on March 20, 2019, Disney received the channels. With Disney's required sale of Fox Sports Networks, Fox College Sports was included in the package. In May 2019, Disney agreed to sell the two groups of channels to Sinclair Broadcast Group pending Justice Department antitrust review. Sinclair plans to place the channels into Diamond Sports Group while bringing on Entertainment Studios as a partner in Diamond.
