SEATV (Southeast Asia Television) is a multimedia media unit operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia since 2010. Its headquarters is located in Sangkat Teuk Thla, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, along with a 152-meter-high television-radio tower in Sangkat Veal Sbov, Khan Chbar Ampov.

The SEATV television channel has a broadcasting capacity of 20 kilowatts, while SEAR (FM 106 MHz) has a capacity of 10 kilowatts, with over 15 relay stations across the country. SEATV-Radio is legally registered with the Ministry of Commerce and licensed to operate by the Ministry of Information of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

As a 24/7 broadcaster, SEATV-Radio covers the entire nation and reaches globally through IPTV platforms such as SEATV Digital TV, SEATV24, and the website www.seatv.com.kh. Additionally, programs are broadcast on cable TV systems, DTV, One TV, Sky TV, and other platforms. Audiences can access content via smartphones, iPhones, iPads, Android devices (version 2.3 and above), and set-top boxes anytime, anywhere.

SEATV-Radio's technical infrastructure includes its own television-radio tower and modern studio facilities, such as a virtual studio, news studio, music studio, and interview studio.

SEATV-Radio's content is built on three main pillars: Education, Culture, and Information. The broadcast programs aim to contribute positively to the overall development of Cambodian society.

In the field of education, SEATV-Radio has produced notable programs such as: Overcoming the Khmer Rouge Genocide Era, Law and Life, Education Forum, Internship Forum, Community Welfare, Proverbs and Life, My Life, Grateful for Peace, Small and Medium Enterprise Forum, and The Miracle of Cambodia.

In the cultural field, standout programs include: The Golden Ancient Temples of Cambodia, Crafted Gemstones, Youth Concert, Classical Concert, Popular Concert, Golden Echoes in the Heart, National Cultural Treasures, and more.

In the information-news field, SEATV-Radio offers programs like: Morning News, SEATV Today, Noon News, Evening News, Late Night News, Weekend News, People's News, and Special Reports.

As a non-profit media organization, SEATV-Radio has strong ties with the University of Cambodia (UC), particularly through the School of Communication and Media (CMC) and internship programs to support practical training. Some notable collaborative programs include: Overcoming the Khmer Rouge Genocide Era, Education Forum, Internship Forum, and Grateful for Peace Forum.
